Character Discussion Most complex character in One Piece

Doffy, Law, Sanji, Aokiji, Lucci, Kizaru, Garp, Crocy, Katakuri, Fujitora ..and potentially dragon
My rationale for why each one of these is either nuanced and/or complex is that when they have internal monologues or character development/arcs they stand out from the rest of the important bunch for their uniqueness in their character conflict or the role they play as a charcter in the story. Particularly their own personal goals and motivation, and at times their actions also represent their individuality ...the only exception to my reasoning would be Lucci.. He's just a facinating dude and Dragon.. Coz potential. They both might be exceptions but they stand out as odd ones in the verse. Lucci particularly for his take on duty and his morality.
If i'd rank them it'd be (feel free to add suggest more charcters)
1) Doffy
2)Aokiji
3)Garp
4) Katakuri
5) Sanji
6) Law
7) Kizaru
8) Fujitora
