Shiggy isnt dead obv. He is in stasis mode from which he will awaken. I suspect All For One will have something to do with it.

It is obvious AFO can sense stuff since he is smiling. Also if you remember AFO can still use his quirks.

I think AFO will give his life for Shigaraki. He will use his quirk to somehow help Shigi and then Machineguns will rip him to shreads. I dont think AFO will survive nor will All Might. Both have to die to let Deku/Shigi to rise up

When Shigi awakens he will Thanos Snap heroes away or some shit. I suspect most heroes will go underground or abroad.
