We can't be, because ultimately we are physically not the same. Ideally there should be no wars, but here we are.
There's a difference between being able to do different things cause of different physique, and between not having equal pay on the same job or being able to go out as a woman in third world countries etc. etc.

I don't think being physically stronger makes us less deserving of human rights, but you get the point, we can't be equal everywhere. The difference isn't just about physical capabilities; there are differences in competence too. When people get paid more, get a better job, hold a better position, etc, they get it by being more competent, not by being a part of a particular gender. If women do just as much work with less pay, I don't see why any businessman in his right mind wouldn't make his workforce all women unless you think they care more about oppressing women than saving tons of money.

I live in a third-world country; no law stops women from going out, so they do have the right to leave. I am not saying that's how it works everywhere but it's also not an issue women are facing everywhere. This does need to change, and anyone in their right mind would support such things.

If you have 200k yearly salary, a good flat/house and a car, full fridge 7 days of the week, how likely are you to commit a crime compared to you if you were downright poor

And major thing is, majority of women - not all ofc - will eventually wanna start a family and thus take a break of career

Well,do you have romantic cravings?If so,then that is a problem.If you are by yourself and you don't suffer then you are golden.Back when i was 15 there were lot of girls trying to into a relationship with me,but i simply wasn't interested.I think i had moderate depression and maybe some social anxiety issues back in those days.

There are more men than woman,so some men will end up lonely simply because there is not enough women.Also,women are very selective and many man will fail their standards.
