So according to Ay they had several encounters meaning he found a way to counter Minato. During the first encounter it makes sense, he was confronted with a new and very tricky jutsu but he got used to it.
He had Killer Bee marked and could've teleported to him to off him at any point in the remainder of his life and chose not to. Minato is out here giving advice to Ay and telling Bee how much he likes him lmao. There's no murderous intent from the guy.

No jutsu is unbeatable, I'm sure in the wider Naruto-verse there's methods to counter FTG or survive against it. Numbers will surely help.
Unfortunately we haven't seen any of it in canon. Ay surviving multiple encounters doesn't mean Tobirama will get the same luxury when using a weaker version of the same jutsu

When you think about it, Minato could've teleported Kyuubi's bijuu bomb from the Kyuubi attack right on top of Killer Bee if he was so malicious. The man's an actual monster in potential, thank god he's compassionate and soft.
Now that's some Giga Headcanon. You do know that Minato is a cold hearted killer when it comes down to business. He is not letting the next ruler of an enemy village alive because he likes him lol. He simply couldn't kill him after that encounter.

And what comes into play here is what I've told you recently that Tobirama's jutsu versatility is there to do what FTG can't. You think FTG is the answer to everything which it isn't.

FTG is the answer to everything when you're incredibly fast. None of Tobirama's other jutsu matter, Edo Tensei explosions will never get close to him, his suiton jutsu aren't worth a damn. Shadow Clone? Okay?
Meanwhile Minato can use food cart destroyer to flatten Tobirama, has access to every toad in the contract including ma and pa, can use senjutsu for a limited period of time, is extremely good with fuinjutsu, etc. Minato has more versatility, but none of it matters. He just needs to go faster than Tobirama.

And yet we have a statement of a former enemy of Minato that is in canon slower but has survived multiple confrontations against him which disproves your speed point. Speed is not everything especially when the speed difference is so small you cannot tell in an actual fight. Are we now lead to believe Minato was drinking Tea with Ay during their fights ?
But that is literally headcanon. There is no panel confirming that. Ay spoke about him as an enemy while Obito is the former student that Minato raised. For Minato Obito died as an innocent good hearted kid that died in a mission protecting his comrades.

Just as there's no panel saying Minato was a cold blooded killer. There's more to support the fact that Minato spares the enemies he likes because we have literally seen and we're told it in the story.

No, we're gonna be realistic and know that these fights aren't clean 1v1s and Ay left all of them with a high opinion of Minato and Ay only respects strength. Minato came out superior every time and never murdered Ay.
