what else would that mean aside from sparing his opponents in the battlefield? You guys think A stalked Minato and saw him doing errands for people in the village?

It is said he had many enemies, reason Naruto doesnt have his last name. Also, said to be a lethal guy, reason they gave him run for life order.

He spared A and B life since they were gonna be the next leaders of their village, so Minato will try to create nice relationships with them IMO.

Mmmm it aint about liking Ay, Minato even told Ay that the next time they see, their title of kage was in game. Minato knew who they were, killing Ay or B wont help him or Konoha. Minato literally chose to have peaceful deals with them, both knew they were gonna be kage.

Dude can slaughter your family if he was ordered, as mention he had many enemies. But Ay and Be were the next generation leaders, so jt obvious he would try and have a good relationship with them, yet still show them who is superior.

Ay at some point convinced himself that there wasnt no ninja as strong as Minato, he the most prideful ninja.

It's Minato so it's to be expected. He's second only to Itachi as Kishi's favourite. Same with Shanks being Oda's favourite. Some authors can't help themselves when it comes to their golden children or whatever it's called.

Well, since then Kishimoto has hyped Minato.

He also did the same with Hashirama, that many people thought that post time skip it was Hashirama's wank while pre timeskip it was Minato's. Called Hashirama a "God" while he called Minato as "Unsurpassable"
