what joe tsai story?
don't want to talk about it too much since this is an NBA thread but basically Tsai's family is Taiwanese (family fled from China to Taiwan) but he co-founded/owns a major company that mostly does business in China/CCP (Alibaba), and said company apparently contributed CCP's cultural genocide of Muslims in China. Also basically tried to get Morey booted out of the NBA completely after his comments in 2019

basically another reason why I could never root for the Nets whatsoever in addition to the Kyrie anti-vaxx bs (and all the bandwagon fans)

Another reason why I say 5-6 games at best is because of KAT potentially folding, he was in foul trouble the other day but we saw what happened with Houston. Doesn’t help that the Grizzlies also have Jaren, Clarke and Tillman who can all be deployed on KAT at all times.
Kat was 21 back 2018 I’m not sure why people label him choker because of that series when Jimmy averaged the same stats

Furthermore since the beginning everyone knew the Clippers were a bad match up for KAT. We went 3-1 vs The Clippers this season and that 1 win was when KAT wasn’t Tyronn Lue even said the gamelan coming into the play-in was mostly focused on KAT. One Bad game against a team KAT isnt matched up favorably against doesn’t make him a choker

Thers is nothing to imply this will be the case vs The Grizzlies

Derrick Rose in that 2018 series (ironically with the Knicks as well last year against the Hawks) was by far the best player on the T-Wolves in the playoffs despite it going to 5 games. Jimmy didn't play well in that series and even last season but he at least garnered some respect for himself after the 2020 Playoffs finals run (Bubble or not), whereas KAT has yet to put together a decent playoff series just like Julius Randle
