Yeah it would have worked, Luka can play off the ball and serve as a catch and shoot in some plays and also serve as a secondary creator in the offense with Fox bringing up the ball. It’s just that when Luka plays his best as the lead ball handler but he’s shown at times he can make an impact without that.

And also if we gonna be honest Kings highkey one of the worst front offices in recent memory, they had no reason to fire the coach they had last year who really gave the young core an identity offensively. They replaced him with Walton, who ain’t bad but they just themselves back.
Yes indeed. One solution is staggering their minutes so they have enough time to be the main playmaker for the team. Takes pressure off themselves to not have the ball all the time so that if one is struggling, then the other can carry the load. I'm pretty sure Dallas is finding another playmaker for the future, specifically PG. Jrue Holiday is a perfect fit for them if they can do a trade. One of the best defensive guards and a secondary playmaker to DAL. An older and lesser version on the market is Dragic, Lowry & CP3.

Yeah. With Joeger, they were already building something but now they have to go back build something with Luke. You could tell Vlade is fantasizing about a Warriors-lite team with a coach from GS and "the next Steph Curry".

Can't lie. This is still amazing 3-4 years later, lol.

Where are the Dallas Mavericks in the poll?

Their bench is giving +53 without KP & Luka, this squad is deep and deadly.

@Noyman Think it's probably for the best that Luka didn't get drafted by the Kings. Hard to see Luka & Fox playing well together, seeing how dominant Luka is with the ball.
Hey man, whats up

Kobe>Lebum

Look who it is. An OG, the legend himself.

Perfect timing too. @Jiihad reminded me of the collective L the old thread took.

Who here remembers when they had to wear these?

Works of art if I do say so myself. What a year 2016 was.
I missed those.

Weren't you accusing me of being a Lebron hater when you created these memes? Lol

Wilt is the GOAT if stat is the creteria.
So I was right in my suspicion you are a Kobe fan! :myman:
More championships = being better is an old and weak point that just doesn’t tell the whole story. Championships are a team accomplishment and say more about the team then any individual player, however the impact the player had on that team can be looked at.

Lebron has already proven what he can do individually as a player, we don’t have to wait until he wins more championships to start talking about if he is better than Kobe or not.

Nah Wilt would be number 2 on that list. Lebron by the time he retires will be looking at being #1 all time on the scoring list, top 5 on the all time assist list and the only forward amongst PGs on the top 10 and probably top 20 in rebounds. And top 10 in steals and not sure about blocks. Wilt is only top 10 in one category and thats rebounding (could have been top 10 in blocks easily but it wasn’t recorded in his era i think) .

Its not even really debatable that Lebron will be the statisical GOAT, the foundations are already in place and he’s just continuing to add to that legacy.

Thanks Sweet Lou

Watching the Clippers game? Looks they locking up the beard tonight.
Yeah. I was tense in the 1st qtr, deflated in 2nd, feeling good in the 3rd.

Bestbrook is carrying us right now!

He really is lol this game shaping up to be a nail biter. I think this is the first game with HOU that Westbrook has been the main option in the offense with Harden struggling and Harden made it very clear before the season started that if Westbrook was going off, he would let him take over.

Probably so. It's hard to talk right now 'cause we were trailing but WB got an and-1 and 40. Lol

Did Lebron pass the torch to Giannis after the game they played? Lebron will obviously still be good in the early 2020s, but thats probably the era Giannis will dominate and be the face of the league. Mans has lowkey become a shooter, which if it holds up consistently we would be looking at the best player in the league no question.

Another year of Harden vs Giannis for mvp.

Also Kobe and LBJ isn't a debate lmao. That stopped being a debate like 2013-14ish lol.
