Personally i see no good candidates for next generation of Admirals, unlike SNs that got good chances to be next top pirates, Oda didn't the same with Marines.
Ofcrs there is Koby with good claim, bt he is more like Plot guy, will somehow become one offscreen. Maybe vacant seats will play a role or some very OP df.
Drake recently got revealed to be still working for the Marines, and is legit candidates for next generation. Being undercover agent n Captain of swords that is working against WG also helps his claims, that he is gonna play big part in it.
Smoker, i may be underestimating him, bt Oda did him very bad in PH. His df also isn't at same level like Admirals and also can't see him developing Advance Haki at this stage, when he might not even get Extreme fights or training. Mayhe Vacant seats will also again play a role here.
Fujutora can remain an admiral and is also a prim3 candidate for FA.
And Another being Kuzan, who originally was supposed to be the FA.

EoS I see Kuzan being the Fleet Admiral, Sakazuki will be retired in one way or another.
So the current Admirals are Borsalino, Issho and the mysterious Ryokugyu.
Borsalino will retire at some point due to him not caring too much and being in his late sixties if we assume EoS epilog will be around 10 years from now in the story.
Issho might be retired too he's in his sixties as well. Also we've got to remember he's no lifelong Marine who always wanted to become Admiral.
That leaves Ryokugyu, of whom we now nearly nothing as of now. So let's put him in as one of the three Admirals EoS.
Two spots left:
I guess when the last of Borsalino/Issho retires Smoker will be offered the third Admiral spot, but he will do it the Garp way and refect the offer, what should ultimately lead to Coby becoming the third Admiral Eos.
The second Admiral post could become vacant one year after the Lat War or so. The candidates in this thread are quite interesting. My bet is on X Drake to take this spot.

If Coby does eat a Paramecia fruit in the future then it might complete the 3 types of DF Admirals to be honest. The same goes to Greenbull if he have the Zoan fruit as well

I still think Sabo will die and Coby will eat the Mera Mera no Mi like I used to theorise about 5 years ago before Sabo ate it lol - if not, his Admiral colour will still be Orange probably, so he might acquire some Fire powers through other means like Sanji? idk - he doesn't necessarily have to eat a fruit
It simply makes sense. Using some very specific shades of the following colours you can get these mixes
Red (Akainu) + Blue (Aokiji) + Yellow (Kizaru) = Gold (Sengoku)
Purple (Fujitora) + Green (Ryokugyu) + Orange (?) + Red + Blue + Yellow + Gold = White (based on the light spectrum rather than paint)
All Admirals powers relate to their colour - who has a white power? Smoker. Smoker will be the EoS FA. Powerscaling has never been that consistent in OP so just forget about Vergo. It's not about how highly esteemed he is, it's about the pattern and the fact he (along with Coby) wants to change the Marines and world government. The EOS Admirals will likely do that, so that leaves room for either Drake or Fujitora (or both) as Admirals too.

I remember reading somewhere that stated Helmeppo's dream is to also become an admiral.

All this depends on whether Kuzan returns and whether Fuji and green bull stay within the marines
