Technically, Carrot is currently the Mink with the most experience of the sea (beside Inu and Neko). The mink didn't go to Big Mom's territory.

Based on the current poll, we have top-3 choices as Vivi, Bonney or no one else. I'd say Bonney needs re-voting, her chances seemed really high at the beginning of the arc, but they are dropping with each chapter. I didn't consider her seriously as she is a Supernova of the arc, like Law and Bege before, but I can understand how she got so many votes.
