So now that we know Kuzan actually is one of Teach’s crewmates and not just a double agent, the only counterpart he could have on the Strawhats who makes sense is Smoker. Especially considering that conversation they had in Punk Hazard

Kuzan said he decided to live by his own rules.
I don't think he's super loyal to BB. He might change sides again in the future.

Not sure how this deconfirms a new strawhat. If anything, it makes me more confident in one because Kuzan really seems to be loyal to Blackbeard. I think either Zoro or Sanji fighting him is possible, maybe Law joining after all now that the heart pirates are done. Of course he could also fight Kuzan as an ally without joining the crew. I still think there's one more Strawhat.

Yes confirmation that Sulong can be activated without the moon is huge, especially since Chopper made it

Any qualms about Carrots strength is dead in the dirt now

Even better if she gets the snow fruit and goes sulong that way

Carrot would be able to use an attack similar to what Haku did in Naruto but instead of mirrors you'd just be trapped in a blizzard with sulong bunnies attacking and then disappearing back into the snow
