I couldn't begin to tell you what opening that was, I don't watch the anime much. Just saying the anime openings do whatever random shit they think is cool, it doesn't mean it's going to happen in the manga.

Vivi taking in other people's pain to heal them fits her character very well. You can make a nice conduit here with Sanji, too since he has regen powers now; Vivi takes someone's pain, puts it in Sanji, Sanji regenerates after tanking it.
