I'm honestly disappointed in Yamato and Carrot fans for not going as low as Monet4Nakama. Where are the equivalents of Monet fans running to mods saying theory elitist are trying to surpress Monet4Nakama theories?

This comparison makes no sense unless you are saying the island of Elbaf is joining the crew. There wasn't buildup for egghead island, just for Vehapunk himself. Also I never said I thought they would join the crew. I was responding to the idea that people who wanted Carrot or Yamato would drop the manga if they joined.

There's nothing particulary interesting about Vegapunk or Boney as characters, Vegapunk is interesting because of what he knows, and we want the lore dumps. But i see no interest in Boney over Carrot, she's been around since Sabaody and has done well nothing
Vegapunk is a conglamoration of 6 seperate people made from one mind, each with distinct personality traits, who works for the world governent and created scientific atrocities, but also granted Kuma's last request to protect sworn enemies of the world government. He was Franky's teacher during the timeskip, and worked with Judge, Caesar, and Queen. Bonney is a supernova captain who's crew was wiped out by Blackbeard, and now she became a queen by using her devil fruit to turn hersrlf into an old lady, she's connected to the revolutionaries through her father Kuma, who himself was a double agent in the world government, but she's also somehow connected to Akainu. None of that sounds more interesting than "daughter of yonko" to you? And that's not even mentioning Carrot.
If “Vegapunk” were to join, it would probably be one of the Androids. I would say that they need to have the dream to explore but now that I think about it, Franky was kind of forced to go with Luffy and them by getting his underwear stolen.
