I just cannot understand why the vast majority consider the possibility of Lucci becoming a Straw hat to be slim to none existing. And when I ask why, the standard-answer I get is based on subjective rejection of the idea, even if I back it up by hints. It doesn't make me mad or something. I'm just confused why no hints seem to be good enough.

I think I have turned to just watching the thread and waiting for the next chapters to come out. And I think I will just savor the many incredulous outcrys when pigeon guy will actually join. He already is an ally of Luffy... .

It's because your "hints" are just meaningless factoids that have nothing to do with the nakama debate.
