If Lucci doesn't join and is fading into the background again, I will wear whatever you seem fit as my avi for one month. If he joins, you will wear whatever I deem fit for a month. The bet is over either after he has joined the crew as the 11th member or if he fades back into the background again.
I am even willing to go up to 3 months, because I am very sure at this point, that he will join - but that depends on how far you would dare to go.

Smoker is what I would call a reformer. By that I mean that he is a character that is too attached to his job and so, while he can see the problem with the marine, SMoker will try to move things around from the inside.
Outside of that, Smoker's dynamic is antinomic with the one of the strawhats, same can be said for Characters like Bellamy or Lucci.
You see there are a lot of parameters to be a strawhat, but the core of it is pretty simple: To get along like a family member. Smiling along with the crew, facing along the same hardships and having a strong and passionnate sence of duty toward Luffy.
Smoker is not that. Lucci either. I COULD see Stussy and Bonney becoming like that but even for them this would need some work, that's why I stay on the "no one will join" zone for now.
My bet was on Carrot and potentially Yamato because they both had that dynamic from the start. But now.. I don't see characters like that except potentially Stussy, Bonney and MAYBE.. Vegapunk. (that old man had some inner child in him that could do the trick)
