Im gonna say this very long random nonsense, its my final prediction of nakama war, and one piece future story as a whole:

-Oda based this one piece world similar to "Dragon Quest 3" world but scrambled in order.
- There only 4 important party member, in the crew it would be Luffy, Zoro, Sanji and Nami.
- The rest are a jokes character, therefore they not have normal human look or proportion, even from the concept art. ( Nico robin are exception since she is accidental, and oda still give her extra height).
- Loki, Yamato & Carrot wont join.
Here the twist:
- Actually there One extra mandatory party member in DQ3, a merchant.
Who is the merchant? Merchant are the class with heavy middle east inspired appearances, and they have special ability
" To identify the real function or effect from legendary item you found during adventure "
Sound familiar? Yeah its Robin skill with poneglyph.
Im a firm believerRobin/Vivi are the same exact charachter in the concept stage, they have their hometown ruined, infiltrate some evil organization since young age, seek assist from the strawhat, not realy join at first, want to sacrifice themself to save their new friend, until strawhat defeat the evil boss and give them freedom, plus both have crying scene about want to keep adventuring with strawhat. Not to mention both have dancer motif.
So why Robin join instead of vivi?
This where we go back to DQ3, in the games this mandatory merchant decided to left player party permanently ( or that what the game want us to think) to build a city/country that you guessed it, have internal civil war in it, lead by a peasant young man, at some point the merchant ended up captured and jailed.
Sound familiar? Yes like vivi, alabasta and kohza.
But with this, how can straw hat continue the adventure? And for that exact reason, robin invented and join strawhat with some exact story as vivi.
But then again we circled back to what happen in DQ3, after adventuring and gathering orbs , before the "final boss", the party will meet again with the merchant that released from jail, and guess what, they left her title as a leader and point the young man to be the new ruler of the city, and the merchant rejoin the party to continue the adventure
So i guess we can now guess who lead alabasta next.
Now my prediction for future event according what happen in DQ3:
- sunny will get massive upgrade or straw hat will get third ship, the upgrade make sunny can fly long or walk on land.
- before final battle with real boss, we will have battle with faked out "final boss" first.
- luffy will get guidance or item from someone or something, probably not humanoid ,about how to defeat the real final boss.
- after the fake final boss defeated, strawhat will have underworld adventure as the last arc where they need to go inside a giant hole in the earth
- inside there another world like above but it always dark/night
- buggy and shanks will be there too
- shanks will die before fight the final boss
- the final boss defeated, the sun shine in the underworld but the hole they came from closed permanently
- strawhat now trapped in the new world and cant go back forever, so they decide to begin their new adventure again.
