I don't have to prove Gaban didn't fight Loki. The burden of proof is on you since you're the one claiming he did. And the only evidence you have is speculation/headcannon. And for all we know, Gaban just meant that Loki also has CoC so he can damage the holy knights. None of what you're saying makes Loki a top tier. We will only find out if he is or not once he starts fighting. But even if he is, that won't convince me he's not joining since Oda makes characters as strong as they need to be whenever he wants. If Luffy can go from a draw with handicapped Katakuri to beating Kaido 1v1 in one arc, Zoro and Sanji can definitely become top tiers in Elbaf if Oda wants them to.
I never said you said Loki was yonko level. Others have said that. You're the one who responded specifically to my post, which directs the comments at me, but now I get that wasn't your intention.
I never said Gaban fought Loki(lots of "I never said" in this debate lol), and Gaban fighting Loki or not isn't the point. Gaban said Loki was rampaging and
no one was able to stop him until Shanks showed up. The moment to emphasize that Loki is so dangerous, as it took Shanks to stop Loki when beforehand,
no one else on Elbaph could. Gaban even eanred Luffy that he doesnt know the power Loki has. It implies that Gaban wouldn't have been able to stop Loki, especially seeing how he didnt want Luffy freeing Loki, even saying the wicked dares not to free him, until he was convinced Luffy was up to the task.
Everyone points to Loki being above Sanji, or Sanji strong enough that needing Shanks to stop him is adequate strength portrayal? Until it is proven that Sanji is stronger, or will be stronger before Loki joins, Loki isn't joining.
