There is reason Oda showed us rocks trying to recruit op man on his crew after luffy invited loki on his crew. Even harald same as loki strength would have been a big help to rocks!

But Rocks never got to defeat imu since he died, nor had harald help.

Luffy isn't Xebec....Luffy has a crew that is loyal to him, and has loyal allies scattered throughout of the world and acquires allies every arc. Luffy even has top tier allies, and his crew are still getting power ups. The argument that Loki needs to join simply because of firepower holds no water. That is a terrible argument for any candidate. Xebec literally mirrors Blackbeard, who is a villain.

Loki being stronger than Sanji is a giant red flag that makes all other good points irrelevant. It completely overrides anything Loki has going for him. Sanji must be stronger than Loki or Loki isn't going anywhere. Could Sanji surpass Loki this arc? Possibly and that would be cool. Until then no. I personally never go with what ifs when it comes to nakama stuff. I go by what is right now.

Gaban lives in Elbaph does he not? Gaban said no one in Elbaph could stop Loki until Shanks showed up. Loki was doing what he wants cause no one could stop him. Gaban was there the whole time, vouched for his strength, warned Luffy that he doesn't know the power Loki has, and didnt want him free until he was convinced Luffy could handle it.

Luffy's invitation and fixation alone was proven not enoigh as other didnt go anywhere.

All Gaban said was "No one was able to do it until then". He didn't say that no one on elbaph could have, just that no one did. Nothing he said in any way implies he couldn't beat Loki if he tried.

And again, I don't need to prove anything. My position is that we don't know how strong Loki is yet and that it's still possible Zoro and Sanji could get power ups too. You're the one saying Loki CAN'T join the crew because you know for a fact that he's too strong. You're the one who has to prove it, and all you have is speculation.
