Now that I think about it carrot didn't even get that all shine in WCI the one time she did something and meanwhile, the others did more than the sulong carrot who just sink/destroyed ships like Nami brook chopper and jinbei was fighting big mom and u think chapter 888 was like the best moment for carrot when it's wasn't
Okay so what about this Arc were an Official Yonko is about to be defeated cause WCI was all that but it's was good cause we get bigmom backstory and sanji.
Also jinbei loyalty to Luffy and also Luffy's new form and learn a new technique off the bat. Also threatened bigmom after he defeated kaido she will be next, so if u think carrot sulong form was more important than those that also happen in WCI. U are crazy.

I dont disagree that Yamato hasn't interacted with the rest of the crew but you mentioned the sharing food as the thing Carrot has and Yamato doesn't
And i addressed that, Luffy met Carrot and she has been in series long enough to be in situations like that
Yamato was introduced this arc and in the middle of fighting but your right Carrot ate for with Luffy and Yamato hasn't... so its obviously a core reason for Carot to be added to the main cast of characters

It was. No need to try to undermine Carrot's role in whole cake, the story speaks for itself. She was a great help for the mission and 888 was the pinnacle of that.

2. This was a subversion dialogue.

The only thing carrot has over Yamato is that she meet the crew alone nothing else no character moment, no badass introduced, no foreshadowing, no good character design, no good fighting style nothing over Yamato she just basic.

2-Thats flat out your assumption, there is nothing indicating that it will be subverted, in fact ever since that dialogue Oda has only built up her admiration for Luffy and desire to accompany him, and there is no precendent of Oda pulling a red herring like that ever, since rather than being a twist it just becomes setting up the fans for disappointment

What is unique about her fighting style?
That she has electricity? Nami has her own thunder cloud
That she can jump high? Luffy can fly, sanji can sky walker, chopper has a jumping form, Robin can grow long, Franky can use his fart to fly, brook can jump high too because he is a skeleton
So tell what she can do that the other straw hats can't?
