This thread was quite informative in regards to Ifrits not even inhabiting hell.

Zoro's stronger than Sanji, nothing surprising there but not acknowledging the different cultural backgrounds that these power-ups come from seems quite disingenuous. Zoro's proclaimed himself the King of Hell cause he feels that's what needed to support Luffy and accomplish his dreams, that doesn't really have anything to do with Sanji's attacks. Sanji isn't actually the devil nor an Ifrit, they're just names to emphasise the intensity of his passion and flames. Leg of the Devil doesn't mean pre-timeskip Sanji was the devil and Ifrit Jambe doesn't restrict Sanji to being an Ifrit so trying to spin it to make Sanji subservient to Zoro seems a bit much.

Overall, the thread seemed kinda iffy though I'm glad on the clarification that was given regarding Ifrits, very interesting.
