That wasn't an actual fight bruh lol Franky didn't even defeat them, Nami and Usopp are the ones who captured Baby 5 and Buffalo anyways. Zoro's thing with Monet wasn't even an actual fight, It was Tashigi vs Monet and Zoro just stepped in. Even if you wanted to count those as fights you only named 3 strawhats out of the 9, further proving my point about the crew not even fighting like that in Punk Hazzard.

Oda will always go back and reconfirm that Sanji is still a prominent fighter and part of the M3. But don't be surprised if Sanji goes a long time without any combat highlights again.
Oda typically doesn't like to write Sanji looking super strong until he gets his real 1v1. He is often okay with making Sanji look bad at times without always reconciling it immediately, such as the skirmishes with Vergo and Doflamingo.
On the other hand, Oda will often go out of his way to give Luffy and Zoro hype and highlight moments even in small arcs and during time periods where they aren't in their big arc 1v1 stages. Even when Luffy takes an L or has an embarrassing moment, Oda will almost always make sure to go back and make sure that gets rectified with Luffy going on to defeat the main villain of the arc anyway.
This is why Robin making the "wings" comment during the Black Maria situation is so significant:
Even after one of his lowest moments, Sanji is still one of Luffy's most trusted men and he goes on to prove that by defeating the 3rd-strongest member of the Beast Pirates shortly after.
