Kidd should’ve been the one
-fought big mum commander
-fought shanks crew
-fought kaido
-fought big mum

he still didn’t get CoC bloom

the funny thing is that Yamato doesn’t even know advance CoA. Oda just gave it to her because he wanted Yamato vs kaido to make sense at least cuz if she didn’t have Advanced CoC she would’ve gotten one shotted.

Well to be fair to Yamato she did grow up with Kaido who taught Luffy how to do it just by hitting him with his club a few times

So it stands to reason that the person whose been fighting kaido for years now got strong enough and figured out how to use it

I think people are thinking awakening has to do with strength but it takes moee than that to awaken your devil fruit

Doffy said awakening happens when a person's body and fruit align

Vegapunk said devil fruits are the will/dreams of the past coming alive

So I think there are two ways to awaken your fruit

1- your personality has to be compatible Luffy is all about freedom he awakened the fruit that's the embodiment of freedom, doflamingo is all about manipulation and control so he awakened a fruit that's all about control,

2- pushed to absolute limits- another way I think you can awakened is by being pushed to the verge of death, Luffy awakened his after being a hop skip and a jump away from dying,

Name the confirmed CoC users (no matter which version) and then compared it to OP verse population size.

Its only your perception that "everyone" gets it because the story is in end game and CoC is a bare minimum to remain competetive.
You see more CoC because you get to know all the top tiers.
