If he was in his prime I can bet he would get 4B at worst, same for Sengoku.

The balance is : Navy HQ + Warlords or SSG = Yonko (all 4 yonko crews)

Navy HQ alone is stronger than 1 Yonko crew due the fact of having 100K+ marines and 4-6 top tiers + 2-5 high tiers

BM was FA potential based on the words of an old hag.

Meanwhile Sengoku personally wanted Kuzan to be FA, someone who was the former FA at the time. Then he equally matched Akainu on an extreme diff battle for 10 days which affected a large island full of large ice mountains and volcanos.

I think any FA whoever holds the position gets 5 crowns. So had old sengoku been a FA , his bounty would also been 5B.

Prime sengoku woulda gotten 5B too. But not the greyed old sengoku.

Because Kizaru and the other admirals only warrant a 3 Billion bounty. The Fleet Admiral that Oda was thinking about when giving the bounty was Sakazuki.

If Sakazuki didn’t warrant that bounty Oda would change the system to FA = 4 Billion or some other number.
