Ok so thinking a little about Vegepank's information i might got the answer or idea to what some of these things could mean, the translations definetely are misleading, so let's start with this one:
*by obtaining new fruit / new suit depends on the translation

He said he got the information for more than 2 years now and the WCI arc ended 2018, so a little over 2 years. This part of his leak could mean the Raid Suit he got at the end of the WCI arc. The DF part makes no sense story telling wise and Sanji did got a new suit - so i would guess the Raid Suit was meant.
This part of the leak already happend in the Manga.

Next:
-Sanji will fusion with a mythical fiery bird* not obeying orders

I think this part will happen in the Wano Arc.
The "fusion" part probably means teaming up. The "mythical fiery bird" is obviously Marco - so i would guess they will team up at some point.
And the "not obeying orders" part is probably Sanji is not obeying his orders, so he is not under him "rank-wise".

Or they really fuse somehow lmao, but Sanji is not controlled/obeying orders. It's kinda hard to imagine, how that would work tho.

And the rest is gonna happen in the future someday, no idea what it could be tho.
-There will be a great event (supremacy)will happen to Sanji even Zoro’s fans will be Sanji’s fans after that event
-Sanji will maintain the balance of the world

At least Enma probably adds nothing stats wise compared to any other o wazamono, RS adds a lot. Enma was a training tool.

Zoro replaced Shusui most likely in that Oda wants to have him make Enma permanent black and Shusui already stands that way.
