What do you expect from Oda after the break for his eye surgery?

Do you think the story will get better,worse or stays as it is ?

If his surgery goes well (hopefully), then surely his drawing will get better, or faster, or both.
But other than that, he now has a month to think about his story without being able to draw it. That means he'll have more time to think, and plan the story better, so I expect the story to be a little better when he returns.
Besides, I think it takes about... 3 weeks? from the moment Oda is working on a chapter until it is being published (drawing assistants, editor...) so I think Oda had already taken the surjery about 3 weeks before his message was published, and they waited until all of the chapters that were ready for the next stage were published before they announced his surgery to the fans. This way they'll know already if the surgery succeeded (probably did, or else they'd give him more time to recover), and it means that in the coming week or so he'll already be able to start working on chapter 1087.

Nothing will change his pacing whatsover. You will only see minimal art changes maybe 3-4 chapters after we are back.

Chances are 1087-1089 are already done, but 1090 isnt. He is usually 3-4 chapters ahead of publication.

I agree. It's not going to change the pacing, but if he has enough time to think, maybe he won't leave as many plot holes as he did in Wano.

Eye surgery can't fix writting and the amount of character bloat he's brought upon himself, so i doubt anything besides maybe the art improving.
His break last year is probably the only one that actually impacted the events of the story.

The whole point of the break is to give Oda a rest. Releasing chapters now would mean that oda would just immediately come back to work and behind schedule.
