We know that oden wielded habakiri and enma ever since he was a kid more likely than not mastering both. With both blades paralleling each other in that they respectively representing heaven and hell

Enma being given to hiyori and having the ability to pull out more haki than the user would normally be capable of. Oden definitely being able to master that trait of the blade

Ame no habakiri being given to momonosuke with it so far seemingly having no special traits. While it’s definitely possible that like wado ichimonji there’s nothing inherently special about it I personally would find that kinda boring/disappointing. With how much expectations oden had for his son to gift him the inferior blade doesn’t make much sense imo. So hopefully habakiri and even wado get something special. Whatever that special thing is if it existed I imagine oden would be able to master as well. Maybe it somehow increased the users senses or observation haki idk


Also when it comes to momonosuke specifically I do think there is a pretty good shot he does end up getting a cursed blade either way. That being the other purple curse sword nidai kitetsu. He’s most likely is gonna go with a 2 sword style like oden and kinemon, zoro didn’t end up taking it, his grandpa has it, and him getting the sword luffy kinda wanted it kinda funny

2- If the blade is the same rank, then it's not inferior. Enma doesn't make the wielder stronger than he naturally is.

  2. Enma is a stronger blade than wado. Unless we find out wado is capable of something we weren’t aware of that makes it arguable. No one said holding enma automatically makes you stronger
  3. It’s been a thing since the east blue with sandai. Oden hype is its own thing. Man’s just dope

Your first answer already discredits anything you have to say on the topic of blades. That is not what Enma does. I guess the manga clearly explaining it to you in complete sentences twice wasn't enough.

How come y’all don’t cry about sandai being able to cut more than zoro’s blades or shusui being able to make attacks much stronger

They do have lol, there is a reason why the supreme grade swords are so sought after.

Not to mention, we might get an explanation on how tf vista can shoot flowers and shanks fire out of their swords.

Oden ACoC with enma let a permanent scar on kaido, Zoro's ACoC with enma left a wound that kaido didnt remember 5 seconds later.

Current luffy is old ray lvl so zoro might be pre traveling with roger oden lvl.

A weapons rank likely just signifies the quality of it when it comes to its toughness/durability. Like wado is likely comparable to enma and above sandai when it comes to its durability/toughness but lacks that cursed blade quality.

Sandai, shusui, and enma are all tougher to master than wado or yubashiri were because of their special traits. That doesn’t mean the cursed blades are automatic power ups tho. Zoro or anyone else would still need to master the blade so that they decide how much of its special trait they want to unleash. If they don’t then the weapon would just do whatever it want’s against the users will. Cursed weapons aren’t automatically tougher than non cursed weapons of the same grade either

We know that making a weapon black can boost its grade level. With the only thing it really doing is making the weapon again more durable/tough.
Pretty much a weapons grade doesn’t automatically a cursed blade or the other way around too

All that being said I still think it’d be cool if wado and habakiri had something special about them revealed eventually

Like as light as yubashiri but as destructive as shusui. Can cut things as easily as sandai and maybe pull haki like enma

Sandai just has a sharp edge and shushi is a black blade you sound dumb . Stop being a hater
