Official complaint about ALs inacceptable behaviour as a mod

In what context is it okay for a mod to tell a user to "now go cry somewhere else"? And to provoke them even further afterwards?
The other people in the PM can confirm that I haven't said anything that would have justified such a rude response.

Easy. We once had a user who would mass report people and spam the mod for insults. Context? He would regularly call users bitches and f*gs, and screamed bias cause people who called him dumb and stupid went untouched, so he reported 24/7. He got told to piss off with the false reports, and obviously he cried about bias. We're not obligated to be courteous to scumbags.

With you? I dont know who you are. I have no clue about the situation that led to Al saying what he said. I can't just take your word for it without context, especially given track record of complainers being just plain shitty people. Could AL be 100% in the wrong with you? He could be, but how exactly are any of us supposed to know that without info?

Imagine you add a mod into a PM, telling them and others about a serious issue, you only talk normally but suddenly, this mod tells you to "now cry somewhere else" and it's not even the first time that mod either deleted a post of you for no good reason or has been passive-aggressive towards you. Then after I reported his post where he told me to cry somewhere else he seems to receive the report himself and rejects it immediately with the comment "cry" to provoke me even further.

This behaviour is absolutely inacceptable, I don't think a mod should ever act like this, talking to users in such way and even continue to provoke their users even further afterwards only because of their mod rights (which they shouldn't have because they're not qualified for this job at all).

bringing attention to this is step 1, discussing is step 2, but step 3 is missing. do you want him to be reprimanded? do you want another mod in the future to handle your affairs and grievances? like, what do you need out of this?
