Thing is ,you put AL on the pillory without any real explaination of what happened ,cause it happened in PM.
On the other hand you want an public opinion on it ,while most is unknown .
If you are being honest ,what did you expect would happen ?

I disagree with the first sentence especially, every user should be treated with some amount of respect to begin with. This is not the case when staff members are treating you in such a rude manner and enable toxicity by spreading it themselves. A feedback section exists for the purpose of threads like mine (among other things).
