I'm not putting stocks into them, don't really care bout wg/navy but they'll still do something, Saturn could be the weakest... and Yes having a supreme grade blade means something, so far only top tiers have had such blade (Mihawk, Roger, WB, possibly shanks) even Zoro or Oden didn't have a supreme grade blade, Ryuma didn't to make Him more impressive and also so that Zoro couldn't get a supreme graded blade that is also a black blade before timeskip.
