14 years ago Lola was 12, but Loki was 49, which is basically 16 in giant years. It's not that weird. The truly odd thing is Pudding being 2 years old. She definitely looks older in this flashback (and so does Lola to be honest):

The most obvious answer is that the failed marriage between Loki and Lola occurred in the 8 years between Harald's death and Loki's capture.
