Look at how strong Base Kaido is. Kaido hasn’t even used Haki yet, or his hybrid. And then there’s Awakening, which Kaido most likely has. How can Akainu possibly keep up with full power Awakened Kaido? His Raimei Hakke would be much faster and stronger than what has been shown, and his durability and regen would also be increased, so Akainu’s attacks would be less effective.

- We can safely say that Kaido doesn't have FS and his reaction to people hurting him makes it questionable whether he knows the third stage of CoA, we don't even know if he has Ryuo.
- His Awakening is always in effect, it works differently for Zoan users as shown in with the prison guards.

Base Kaido is impressive, very even, but i don't see a reason to assume that Akainu can't compete in this level

Rayleigh has zero hype, portrayal or feat above Oden.

Different skill sets, Oden had better base stats+swordsmanship, Rayleigh has better haki mastery (Oden if he had proper internal destruction mastery should have been able to destroy his handcuffs, and after landing a crucial blow against Kaido proper internal destruction would have kept him down longer before he got one shot)

This isn't a Zoro hate thing people have been pulling "enma's the only weapon that can hurt kaido" out of the ass since its introduction.

Kaido clearly seems more OP on his base form rather than his Dragon one.
Oda had to make Kaido go back to this form so the alliance could deal more damage while Kaido also loses a bit of his attack versatility.
