I can totally feel Sanji fans claiming that Jabra is not part of CP0 cause he must have developed seasickness due being a Wolf hence didn't keep his journey anymore.

Jabra was never "narratively" more important than Kaku. Just someone almost as strong as him.
Kaku was there since water7. The traitor reveal and such.
Jabra, ballman and hairdude simply were added to have enough matchups.
