You expect Zoro to leave Luffy defenceless? When Luffy cannot protect himself? 90% of Zoro's action this fight have been protecting Luffy. Hell the only action that wasn't protecting Luffy was the initial Rengoku Oni Giri.

If Zoro cares more about protecting Luffy than fighting Kaido, he's not going to leave Luffy alone to fight King.

I mean Kaido literally challenged Zoro with an attack this chapter, and Zoro ignored Kaido's challenge to run away with Luffy.

If Zoro had to run away from the rooftop battle to keep Luffy alive, he would do so.

The idea that Zoro will fuck off to fight King while Luffy is defenceless is unbelievably silly.


P.S: Zoro vs King will be Zoro vs Pica 2.0. I think you should abandon it. Zoro has started growing already in the Kaido fight (the black aura that wraps Enma wasn't present on his first attack). It's by facing Kaido that Zoro surpasses himself.

Against King, any overflowing hardening attack fucks him over.

See, you are putting forth the silly ways in which Zoro would just walk away, i'm not arguing that anything like that is going to happen.

If he's going to fight King, there's going to be a good reason for him to do it. One of them being running away from the rooftop battle to keep Luffy alive as you said.

Btw, the CP0 talked about the Samurai getting wiped out by the All Stars this chapter even if the Yonko were to be defeated, and Zoro has yet to keep the promise he made to Luffy that he will round up and lead the Wano Samurai. Him taking out King could be part of that narrative.

Some of you are starting to look down on someone like King a bit too much, and get a bit too carried away with what happened so far against Kaido's Dragon form and Big Mom's homie attacks. There's a reason the Yonko are laughing and just starting to get excited, while the SN's are roughed up, spent and not at all excited at what comes next on that final page.

Nope sorry, I still don't agree because of the matchups since Law and Killer have shown techniques that can hurt even Kaido.
Killer's sonic technique has a huge aoe and Law has great mobility with his df.
Also I don't think the difference in their strength is hugely enough that such techniques won't matter as the 5 SN are doing great against two Yonkos, enough to make them enjoy the battle. As for Kidd, like I said, its a hard matchup for him unless his magnetism is actually strong enough to simply crash all the Biscuits altogether.
