Well, a combination of giving him the higher bounty back in Sabaody and that he has but Law doesn't, so that gives him a little boost in portrayal. Also, Kidd's fruit should be absolutely broken as well, but he uses it like shit, Law has some endurance problems, i think Law > Kidd, but it doesn't seem like that was Oda's objective back in Sabaody.

That is, a person without Haki the Conqueror cannot lose to a person who does not have it ?!?!?!

There was a theory that maybe Conqueror's Haki would be the key to controlling Enma perfectly. Like instead of having to keep regulating it, it would obey the user for good. So maybe that could happen? or maybe the Asura has been saved for so long just to make a tie in with Conqueror's. We can hope.

On a separate note. Honest opinion how strong do you think zoro is? And how strong do you recon kidd is?

We know swords do from the fact that zoro states that sandai cut by itself in whiskey peak . There were a few other occasions too.
To answer your question. Zoro after training with enma is around 2nd-1st commander level. Kidd is a bit above zoro not by much GENERALLY speaking. But Kidd is just a bad matchup for zoro. Like Engel vs luffy.
