Kaido made a tornado.
Then Zoro makes a tornado of his own challenging Kaido’s.
Then Kaido responds “you dare challenge me?” and makes another tornado to have a Tornado fight against Zoro.

It's very easy to explain to anyone with well functioning brain cells.

Kaido launches an attack that consists of three tornadoes that are bigger than his Dragon form itself, which is huge.
Zoro then counters and totally overwhelms Kaido's three tornadoes with one of his own cutting his scales and saving Luffy in the process.
At this point, Kaido is amazed by this feat and laughs in joy at the fact that there's someone else besides Luffy who can fight and damage him.
So now Kaido goes "You dare challenge ME to a dragon twister? Wororororo" and proceeds to launch the same tornado attack from before but this time around he adds the destructive wind attack to it in an effort to COUNTER Zoro's black rope dragon twister which was not just wind like Kaido's but a tornado of sword slashes hence the reason why Kaido adds the invisible slashes technique to his twister in order to match Zoro's twister.

It's really not that difficult to understand unless you are a mindless fanboy trying to push an agenda.

it’s not an excuse. People just find it funny how zoro fans can’t admit enma is a powerup yet they won’t hesitate to say the raid suit is one
