He doesn't need to be defended, he can't fight back and he did nothing wrong. He just tried to save a lady he thought was in danger.
Oda is the one who needs to be defended by his stans, he couldn't come up with a better plotline to hold off Sanji and decided to draw this useless nonsense.

BMP is the strongest crew and empire. The sooner people accept it , the better.
They rivaled WBP , Roger pirates, Shiki...never lost or got moved in decades

That's why Linlin can leave Tottoland with half a crew only to Wano, and Kaodo freaks out.

Not even half the crew, She only took a small handful, the majority of her force she left behind in Totland. She launched an invasion of Wano with less then 10% of her fighting force and was confident enough to take on Kaido and his entire crew.

Bro it isn't like that.
That is the same as asking why Luffy didn't use G4 in Fishman Island.
Sanji got captured because plot demanded and he will remain stuck there as long as the plot demands that's just how Oda writes. Nitpicking this stuff will lead to nowhere.
We are talking about the same guy who literally put Luffy between buildings and Zoro stuck on a chimney so the plot could progress...

He can go FUCKING INVISIBLE. But for some reason he doesn't, it's dumb. How can you say he couldn't do anything? He should be able to speed blitz all of these motherfuckers, but NO, let me get CAPTURED TWICE HERE.
