He was nerf initially when he first got it, but now i am not sure. He hasn't commented on it being some detriment or anything. He has advance ryou

he doesn't have advanced ryou, he commented on it when luffy used red rock. enma is an obvious nerf without advanced ryou.

How'd you come to that conclusion? More like they've been fighting but getting dominated, hence why they're noticeably more bloodied.

no they havent been standing, Zoro and kidd are bleeding and Law is hurt too, Kaido also has bruises, means there have been some action

or maybe zoro didnt have time to learn it and rather oda gave him shortcut to flowing haki. as said by hyogoro that kind of haki awakens and further develops in the crisis situation but zoro wasnt anywhere near to be in those situation
