A very interesting thing Sawyer just pointed out in his video review of this chapter was that Kaido has a technique named "Three Realms" where he spins his club just like Zoro does with his swords in his "Three Thousand Worlds" technique. That's no coincidence.

Also, the name of this chapter was supposed to be "Hell" and well, what's hell to a demon? Nothing but his home, and this demon also has the sword that is known for being able to cut through the depths of hell itself. Again, no coincidence here.
