It WOULD make sense. I doubt it will happen, simply because Oda doesn't usually let characters explain things to the strawhats.
Zoro in particular , has never been a person who cares about people's storys anyways.

He didn't return Enma because Wano's citizens worship as a sacred artifact but because Hiyori asked him to and gave something in return. He had bonded with her and saw that it matters to her.

Heck, even back in East Blue Zoro didn't care about Nami's backstory.
So, I don't think there will be a big reveal about Zoro's ancestors because this is just not the way Oda writes.

And that's fine, it could just be a thing we even learn after the fighting is over. I just think Zoro not doing anything for the next 20-30 chapters makes little sense.

I just ask people this:

- If Chopper/Drake doesn't fight Queen
- If Sanji/Marco doesn't fight King


Then who gets those fights? Lol. I speak often in hypotheticals here because it's exactly the point that we don't know what happens next chapter or the following. Like we don't know where Zoro goes from here once he recovers. Does Onogashima crash and throw Zoro off the roof? Does he go on his own little moment and finds Hiyori again? Does King fly to the roof since he can? Does Pero distract Marco?

So many variables that we truly can't predict yet. That's why i fundamentally don't make fun of people's ideas here.

Tbh it’s a big surprise for me that Zoro has unlocked CoC cause he never really showed it. Yeah there were hints but so far into the series I thought it would be too late to introduce it for him. But on the other hand he simply needed it to fight Mihawk some day and Rayleigh had it too. So it makes sense since Zoro is very Ambitioned.

Ashura is pure hype, even tho the attack for now is kinda lame in my opinion because it’s a simple strike with some cool aura and more arms but not something to enjoy during fight like luffys G4. Still hype.

Kaidos immense power being revealed in this chapter: CoC in his attacks and his hard skin due to his DF. Nice and logical.

Now Luffy needs to pump his CoC more into his attacks and he will able to fight Kaido 1v1.

Of all retcons this is the best. By account of how Kaku saw and felt kyutoryu, how Asura Doji witnessed CoC, and the black spark effect of the legends in Kaido's head.
