I know. I Expect that too. I have been saying Law needs a power-up for a long time because it was obvious that Luffy is stronger in gear 4 and it was obvious that full power Zoro will be stronger too. and I am sure when he does it will be glorious.

Anyway, when an arc is a certain character-centric the feats of that character are always look way more impressive than the others' (besides Luffy the MC), that was Punk Hazard +Dressrosa for Law, Wano is for Zoro post ts, it's all fine and expected. So I'm not putting anyone above anyone, I hate the powerscaling at it's core, it ruins the fandom for me.
