You are missing the point. The Scar itself doesn't really matter...

See that is what. The Strongest AdmiraL has yet to prove that he is on the level of Yonko. So Yonko > AdmiraLs going by portrayal

I agree with Yonko > Admiral on average but I think Sakazuki's special. He's on the same level as Blackbeard and Mihawk IMO.
