As I said it had anything, gagscenes but also a great battle, that make it for Nami character, a great mixup.
Same was with Kalifa, yes we had gagscenes, but when it come serious the shit was going down.

You guys are getting ridiculous with this. It is not yet time for Nami to be able to contend with someone like Ulti in a one on one fight. I don't care about her Doublefinger and Kalifa fight. Those two, while stronger than Nami at the time, were not leagues above her level like Ulti is. Nami is at the bottom of the barrel when it comes to physical stats, while Ulti, being an Ancient Zoan is categorized in the third strongest tier in the series. Her physical capabilities are miles beyond anything Nami can currently achieve. The Tobbi Roppo/Veterans are characters who are strong enough to be able to give Yonko commanders a decent fight, and you want Nami to get some glorious moment where she surpasses her limits and takes Ulti down in a 1 v 1? The girl doesn't even have one form of Haki yet. Nami's time to shine and beat a Vet level character on her own will come, but right now damn sure isn't that time.

Ulti was basically nerfed at this point, Oda could make a great comeback for both Ulti and Pageone, nerfed yes but still give Nami and Usopp hard battles, not a cheap one shot attack...
Everything was perfectly set up for a 1on1 fight, BM did make the job and it where perfectly to showcase both fractions.
Nami beating a hella nerfed Ulti with a zeus as power and better controll of her abilites in a hard battle, why not?

Yes and this was the perfect time to at least give Nami one haki powerup.
Same with Usopp who could learn CoA and train up his own CoO.
When they going to learn haki? Against BB top members who probably even stand above guys like Ulti and Pageone? That is even more ridiculous....
