Kaido can be villain. But at least, he are supposed to be trustable and respectful leader in his army.


In Kaido army, all of them fighting because fear or their profit except king queen and Jack.

You are Kaido and during the 20 years , you didn't form reliable army.

At least, most of BM crew has loyalty and to defeat them too hard.

Kaido crew is massive .
Like he has the largest crew we have seen so far in term of pure numbers .
It also look like the crew grow in big numbers lately since he was gearing up for war so it make sense not everyone there that loyal .
Plus you had queen telling people there just pawns so that won't help either along with how Kaido grow his crew with fear and strength .
I sure there few thousands that loyal to him but compare to the past he grow his crew by 30 times over last 20 years which is a huge amount .
