Shame it's not the Byakko though. Those always look cool. Whilst it's still unclear exactly what it is, atm I reckon it's a Kirin. The horns are the stand out feature of the design, and the particular way they're drawn has a lot of resemblance. It's not shown on the drawing, but it even seems like she could have hooves.
