Cap. Force isn't needed if your body is more durable than the person you are fighting. Sanji was just more durable. Infaft we know he place little to no force in it based on the fact that his body was injured all over. Because he wasn't applying force
You don't require equal force to cancel something out if the person or odject your kicking is naturally more sturdy more durable than you. Sanji is naturally more durable than caulifa hence why he was still sustaining injuries all over because he wasn't using force.
In big moms case it was different. He actually kicked her (used alot od force) with his leg to stop help luffy stop bigmoms attack. Which means he utilized a kicking attack to cancel our her attack. So in a nut shell he still attacked bigmom

Actually you're getting things confused.
We got early spoilers for 1020, and 1020 is coming this week.
Next week 1021 is coming out normally.
1022 is a magazine break, and then we will prob get early spoilers.
But after 1022 comes out, there's a big change we get another break (this one by Oda), since he hasn't had a break for a while (the magazine breaks don't count).
So it will be rough anyway.
