For the admirals matchups, Luffy vs Akainu (guaranteed), Zoro vs Kizaru (extremely likely imo). Those two aside, it's pretty much a shot in the dark and these might be the only two fights of these kind we'll have. I don't see Fuji fighting the Straw Hats in the war against the WG. We'll see with Greenbull.

If Yamato is clashing right against Kaido 'evenly' chances are she is sent flying by the very next chapter.
To be honest to really judge this whole Yamato vs Kaido part we would have to wait for the outcome in the next chapter.
