They have and they will. Big Mom, Kid, and Law got significant panel time between 1000 and 1010. Kid was getting tons of major moments between 980-990. BM received tons of focus between Chapter 1012 and 1016. Kid and BM received a good moment the same chapter. Yes, it's been 10 chapters, but Oda has repeatedly given us updates about Kid/Law and BM over the last 10 chapters. The Neko/Peros/Inu/Jack/Raizo/Fuku situations received for less screentime. Apoo/Drake haven't been seen since Chapter 1008.

Give it time, we will see more from Kid/Law and BM. It's just not time yet.

BM is a massive notable exception. Nothing she's done so far has been massively offscreened. She:

- Took Zeus back
- Used Ikoku against Onigashima
- Fought Marco
- Got to the roof
- Fought the 5 Supernova in signficant moments
- Made Hera
- Used Hera to blow a huge ass hole in Onigashima
- 1 shot Page 1
- Basically 1 Shot Ulti
- Relevant to Kid/Law now

Try and compare Peros or Jack to these scenarios. BM fighting Kid and Law is different because Oda treats Kid and Law as primary characters fighting a primary villain.

Her relevance is clearly less than Kaido's but its not less than King or Queen's. Seriously, outside of Raizo, consider who is still left around: Every Supernova, their opponents, and Sanji because he's part of the M3.

Luffy has always been getting stronger fast. He learns fast. We literally have people like Jinbe and Rayleigh talking about how fast Luffy grows. Luffy whipped out Gear 2 in a span of few hours. But most of Luffy's powerups are consistent and are through is own struggles and sacrifices.
