It's clearly not a normal sword, I'm really baffled there's even debate here?

The sword is not ordinary according to Big Mom probably because she sensed its immense power, but it has not necessarily to do with Oden at all, that's the headcanonical part. It's Zoro's haki and Oda even confirmed it recently if there were any additional doubts.

None of the 21 great grade swords can be considered normal this doesn't just apply to Enma
