Again, where are you getting that they got it through recent "training"? We have 0 idea what the circumstance is. It could very well be like Haki when it's unlocked in the heat of battle.

I'm really curious for Law's awakening.

In some sense Room by itself looked like an environment expansion in which he could operate but technically probably not an awakening since the environment didn't turn into attacks either technically. Who knows I guess.
