I think that they on average are much stronger.
Their physical make up (dura/strength) seems to be incredible, greater than the minks and fishmen overall. Can't forget that the dukes or Jimbei are prime examples of their own race aswell, but they seemingly got nothing on King's dura and strength as it seems, indicating higher natural potential to me.

But the deciding factor would imo be their abilitiy to fly and their control over fire.
Even if weaker lunarians get outmuscled by some Sulong minks for example, they could still stick to flight+long range fire nuke. Afterall that's their natural ability, independent of King's individual status and its a decent and effective strategy.
I for example cannot imagjne a guy like Jack successfuly raiding them, even if most of them might not even be high or stronger mid tiers overall.

As a collective they must have been an incredible fighting force.
One S-class DF power spam and they still are dying like flies tho lol

Enel can beat most of these guys if he lands a hit,nasty devil fruit.

Zoro is not nerfed just King is that strong.
I mean when you look at the WSC Kaido who showed insane stuff, it's normal that the RH of Kaido shows also special things like that. he has for now the highest bounty among YC, special race who actually can tank Zoro's attack without bleeding. Potentially the strongest YC before EOS Shiryu. Still that dude is not in hybrid form nor showed his face lol.

Where would you scale him post PU if he one-shots King after PU-ing? Since that's usually how Zoro's fights are written - Mr 1 and Kaku for example.

My guess is that the one shot will be related to King’s secret. I would bet that if you told other YC1s King’s secret, then they can probably dispatch him pretty quickly too (I literally think that King is like Charizard where putting out the flame on his back KO/defeats him). So Zoro will be YC1 after beating King.

Plus, Zoro still being YC1 would make sense since he still needs to fight Shiryu.

The moment someone use ultra combine with dominance I am just laughing about that statement (I had a different opinion about that user but who cares right?)
Today chapter I am not gona lie is very hype for King but what I dont like is when people will start complain when Zoro will start showing stuff that will work vs King. As you state soon the tide will change (let be honest the fight is not one side, the fact that King was pissed someone could cut his mask proves that he underestimate Zoro), you will see again the same, they will bring back as first Oden hacky right ?

This is why I can't take any of this people serious especially the one that are influenced so much by just 4 fighting panels. They buy so much into this extreme hype when like I said Zoro will start showing move that will definitely damage King.
The same shit we had it when Zoro faced Apoo, when Zoro first faced Kaido (argument like Killer&Zoro are weaker than the other 3 because they open the fight together. In reality what happen?

As soon Zoro was pissed with Apoo, bam fight over (everyone trash talking about how bad Apoo his etcetc)
Same with rooftop as soon as we enter chapter 1003 that idea (the main 3 captain are above Zoro) start to collapse just because fighting panel had incredible feat coming for Zoro which closed in 1010 where basically the 2 top SN were Luffy&Zoro without any doubt.

Look I can already predict the future as soon Zoro will make king struggling against Zoro, first they will trash King (argument like King=Queen will be the normality or Kata>>>>King), second they will bring like good NPC that Oden hacky , of course all of that is just pure headcanon but who cares right?
