Part 1 Naruto/Sasuke were pretty great but I don't like them much in Shippuden

Shika was clear good in p1 great in p2
Lee gets carried by his intro and fight with gaara then fades bad p2 like most
Choji pretty solid both
Neji strong start - bad end
Naruto and sasuke are what they are
The fight at the end of p1 is still immense just recently saw it the other day they not top but they probably higher than middle
Actually thought hinata is the opposite of neji started ass got better

He only won against crocodile cause Robin saved his life.
And he's only back in the fight against Kaido cause 15 people already weakened him, he's holding up an Island, had his ass saved Multiple times on the Roof and by Law's crew and hasn't been healed like Luffy.

He's gonna win because of the power of MC and the plot demands it, nothing more

No, he was able to get to round 3 because of Robin. He won because he was stronger than Crocodile in that moment.
15 people showed no sign of weakening Kaido, Luffy fought Kaido with adv CoC for 30 minutes earlier, and would have fatigued Kaido more than scabbard pinpricks, or people without even ryuo like Kidd and Killer.
Getting saved doesn't mean he isn't currently fighting Hybrid Kaido equally with Kaido saying it is fun and getting onlookers saying Luffy is the only one who can beat Kaido, despite Yamato admitting Luffy is heavily nerfed.
